We simply loved our getaway at Mar Verde. We booked it last minute and basically choose it based on its location - perfect for day trips to Lisboa, Cascais, Sintra, Cabo - and parking facilities. However, the best was the hospitality of the owners, the delicious breakfast and the overall feeling of coziness. It is situated walking distance from bus and train station, shops and restaurants. Not on the main street so calm and quiet. For those who do not like the beach, it also has a swimming pool. If you do not like the busy streets of Lisboa or Cascais, then just use Mar Verde as a starting point to discover the region.
